I regret renting this home. I started renting from haven home on 11-21-2014 it is now 12-8-2014 . The day i did my move i walk with tony faska he mentioned the fridge was not working and he put a service order, he said we should recieve a call by mon it was fri. So monday comes and no call , the following day i began calling haven homes. Every time i called i would end up with customer service instead of property management. Also everytime i would speak with customer service they would process a service order and tell me to call a different number! So 10 service request later with 0 returned calls from property management i get a call NOT from management but from maintenance. They tell me they would come see the fridge but they could not replace it until they check if its worth repairing. So they come and say its not worth repairs it has to be replaced. Now i have to wait on management to replace it. That was on fri 12/5/2014 Now here i am today 12/8/2014 writing this because today i have not recieved any calls from them . Today the same process i called 4 different numbers all leading to dispatch and no way to contact management. This is completely unacceptable. I have a 1 year old son who needs milk and food and i have no way to store food for him. I have been living out of a cooler the last 3 weeks!!! It cost me 50 dollars of ice a week for a 5 dollar gallon of milk Needless to say they didnt hesitate to charge me 1200 dollars of rent on 12/1/2014 after charging me a move in of 2400. I have paid this company 3600 dollars in 3 weeks and cant even get a call back. I already paid my rent and i will be sueing this company if i do not get a prompt response. What a shame i have lived in projects with more care for tenants .
