  • We bought a sectional couch from this store and paid in full from the very start. After 2 months of waiting for a new item to come in for delivery that was promised to us in two weeks, we ended up receiving the same exact couch that was on the display room floor. It was not new, and one of the armchairs was and is STILL broken. We are stuck with it. Big's takes no responsibility for such poor follow through. They could have cared less. This was an overly priced, expensive lesson for us to learn to NEVER buy from them again, and although we do not seek any compensation from this horrible vendor. we are absolutely pleased in the fact that we will be MORE than happy to spread the negative news about these folks to anyone who is interested in buying furniture Please look somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this lazy retailer. RC Wiley has a wonderful store on Craig Road just before the air base. We will definitely be buying and furnishing the rest of our home with them or anyone else who cares more about their clients and the quality of their service and product.
