Good sushi, terrible service. I have been to this place many times and the service never gets better, it's always terrible. This evening I found a hair on my roll and the server offered me 20% off! Ridiculous, right? She offered up her manager because I wasn't having it. So once the manager came over, I told her that I didn't think I should have to pay at all for the roll with a hair, she promptly agreed to take it off the check; but upon further probing she advised that that is a standard set by upper management, to first offer 20% off when there's a problem. That's absurd!!
I also ordered mango mocha and received 1 strawberry and 1 mango. Someone who was not my server brought it out and I told her that I ordered mango and didn't know why I received a strawberry one, she was so nonchalant it's like she couldn't have cared less. That's kind of how it is there, in my experience. The service is ice cold and when they mess up something, they don't care. I'm definitely going to find a different sushi place because it's not worth sacrificing decent service for good sushi. I just can't go back there. The service is just terrible.
