BBQ was ok, sides good, service fantastic!
Started with the queso app with pork. Queso was good but pork was unnecessary. The pork made the dish tougher to eat.
Then had the full Carolina pork with collard greens and mac and cheese. The portion of pork was substantial. It wasn't dried out but there was minimal amount of bark/smoke in it. The east Carolina vinegar sauce was really mild, not nearly as strong as others. Collard greens were best dish of the meal. Mac and cheese was typical baked southern style.
Service was fantastic. Sat at the bar and was promptly served. Food came out as fast as possible. Refilled drink regularly.
Overall not bad.
