rev:text	I wouldn't even give this place a star! They are completely incapable of coloring hair per request. I literally came in at 10 am and didn't leave until 4pm! on 5/10/16 I get my extensions done by Stephanie who just started there who is amazing. I brought my color of new extensions to show what I was looking to achieve. I asked them if I should go across the way to get extensions from the hair shop to help blend the color I had. Roberta assured me I didn't and would be able to accommodate! Hours later and having my hair processed and colored 3 times she chooses to charges me $120 for a color that I was in tears about and didn't even match! Her response is come in a few weeks and will see if we can fix. I'm like really why? So my hair can be over processed again as weak and fragile and thin as it isI'm not your experiment Roberta!? I have been getting my hair done for years and I have never received such poor work she was literally asking everyone in the salon how to fix my hair! I felt like i was at a beauty salon college! She needs to go back to school for coloring! She should have her license taken from her! She is 110% unqualified to do her job. She is incapable and is awful! She had NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY AND DEFENDING HER INABILITIES! Clearly she is hung up for business because she has ZERO talent! Stephanie had to use my old extensions that I did not want to use to help blend what Regina did! On top of all the she has the audacity to text me with insults and say was I was looking for free service?! I'm like no one could have PAID me to ruin my hair! Never SEE Regina she needs to go back to school! Her talent is very poor. In fact her license she be taken away! Btw I requested a refund but I doubt see it. I'm going to report her to the BBB.
