  • The check in process was handled by Warren, who was phenomenal. He was the only person working for Friday evening check in, with a line at least 3 guest deep. He handled each one respectfully, providing quality customer service. I had forgotten to request a first floor room prior to arrival, but Warren took it upon himself to ensure a first floor room was reserved based on medical need that was identified at the time of reservation. The room was comfortable and clean for a long weekend. If I need to stay in the Phoenix area again it will be at Green Tree.
