  • Verizon Sucks and I will never use them ever ever again!!!! There customer service is completely awful ,unfriendly and RUDE! HOWEVER I JUST CALLED AGAIN AND SPOKE WITH A "JOHN" and he went above and beyond helped me with my phone settings helped with everything g fixed my problem and helped with the data problem. Basically my phone bill went from $70 to $570 and the first time I called they told me they couldn't do anything for me and no manager called me back! This time they turned it all around and If it weren't for John I would have cancelled my service and went back to T-MOBILE..
