rev:text	It's is unfortunate that after 3yrs of being with this company they have destroyed all of their credibility. We had problems with billing on our account. We worked with the manager Keith Hazen and sorted it out. Two months later my wife gets a text, then a call from a collections agency and harassing phone calls. We are told ABC billing is reporting my wife owes $500+ all of a sudden. Keith is unable to help. We get passed onto Hadar Bekhor, the so called regional manager. She is unable AND unwilling to help. Says it's our problem and our bank. We conference with ABC billing and our bank. They see we made no stop payments and then can't figure out what someone at YouFit has done to her account. They say we need to deal with YouFit. This has taken over a month now. Hadar won't take any accountability, I saw on their computer she had done things with my wifes account. At first she denies it, then says she did a few things. But it's not what she did to the account that's the problem. I ask for a meeting she skates around the question and refuses to answer. I ask for her bosses contact details so I can get this sorted. She refuses. Avoids my questions and says she'll try and pass me off to a billing rep???? What the hell does she think I just did with ABC billing???? I have asked again for her bosses details. Now I get no response. The gym was good for $15 but not worth the threats and stress of ruining our credit. Nor worth dealing with the incompetence of the upper managers. Stay away if you value your time, $$$, and health.
