rev:text	My experience with walker has been hell at first i thought it was going good but then everything took a turn the sales rep I dealt with was named Carl Ingram and carl was a straight shooter from what i could tell when i walked in to the store the first time I was straight in telling him I'm not buying today don't follow me don't hawk me go waste your time on someone that you will actually make commission off of Carl appreciated that and he left us alone as my wife and I discussed some projects we had to do in the mist of all this I remembered that we had to change out the box springs and frame for our bed. Carl just so happen to come check up on us at the time we were in that section so we asked about some pricing we liked in particular the pricing he had given us for our specific bed that we already had at home so we asked him to write down all the information he needed he wrote down sku's and pricing out the door with taxes. My wife and i left that day did more pricing around town saw that carl had the best price and we returned on 3/23/15 to purchase the frame and box springs The bed for which we were purchasing the items was a California king bed which carl was aware about and had specifically priced that size for us. I asked about delivery and he explained that it would be an additional $100 or we could just go pick it up at the warehouse we opted to pick up. Thats where everything started to take a turn apparently carl wrote up the paper work wrong and even though the paper work clearly stated CAL KING frame CKING box spring I was brought out 1 cal king frame and one twin box spring I asked the guy if this made sense to him which his reply was that's how the paper work was written after going back and forth the manager for the warehouse stepped up to the plate got carl on the phone and explained how he messed up she offered to correct the problem and have the stuff delivered to our house well today the stuff arrived and although the box springs are correct we received a used frame one that clearly be seen that has been assembled and disabled before and this makes me even more irate because if I'm buying used stuff then perhaps i should pay a used price not a brand new price if I'm paying $100 plus for a frame i want a brand new frame something i will be happy to eat off not something used that why i bought new otherwise id shop on craigslist for this stuff I have reached out to them vial chat and now via this review I can only pray that someone contacts me before i go to the BBB
