Dr. Baker is a very nice person and deserves much better than this poorly run facility. I called Dr. Baker's office to find out why my prescription renewal had been denied, and I was told it had been too long since my last appointment so I needed to come into the office. I asked if it was a good time to come in, to which the woman on the phone said "yes, there's hardly anyone here." Upon arrival (10 minutes later) I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. After patiently waiting my 3 hours, explaining why I was there, I even asked the nurse on my way out when they would be calling my script into the pharmacy..."they just called the pharmacy!" I was told. "Great, thank you!" After calling my pharmacy later that day, they had heard NOTHING from Dr. Baker's office but said they would call the office themselves to request the refill. The next day I called Dr. Baker's office to find out WHERE they sent my prescription to so I could just go get it, or if they could please send it to my pharmacy asap. No answer. I have left several messages since then. And here we are 4 days later and NO call back from Dr. Baker's office, and STILL NO PRESCRIPTION!! How is this acceptable?? Please go anywhere other than here.
