Purchased a mattress and bed frame, mattress delivered wasn't anything like the mattress we laid on in the store. Have been trying for 3 weeks to get an exchange and or refund. Tom in the mattress department is absolutely horrible to work with. Upper management is no help and won't even come out to speak to you. I've filed 2 claims with sears cooperate as well as left numerous messages for a manager at Sears to return my call. Have yet to hear from the them. Absolutely horrible customer service, DO NOT PURCHASE from sears!!! Gave 1 star since that's the lowest rating available.
