  • I would also give this company zero stars. I have in fact been using this pool service for more than a year based on a flyer I received in the mail. They started out reasonable but have progressively declined to the appoint of absolutely disgraceful service. They often times will not show up at all one week, they won't do basic tasks such as check filter baskets. They even went as far as stealing one of my pool filter brushes!! I was so upset about the recent service I called and told them I wanted to cancel. The lady on the phone rudely said "that's fine" and hung up on me/ Please do yourself a favor and never use this pool service. I had never thought of checking yelp and it amazes me yet makes so much sense when I see how poorly rated this company is. I sure wish I would have checked yelp before I used this pool company. My pool is green now and it looks like it's up to me to get it back running smoothly. A shameful and disgraceful company. My attempts to contact the owners was also ignored, but I sure hope he reads yelp.
