  • I've always liked sugar factory, food hits the spot and drinks are always fun. This review is for the service in this location. I ordered salmon and after I ate the outer edges, the inside was completely raw when I ordered medium. As I was picking through it, our waiter came by and said "Oh wow, That's pretty raw" and offered to redo the plate and after I declined since I ate most of it anyway, he offered another drink. I accepted. I didn't even tell him or make a notion of being bothered by the dish. That's amazing customer service. Within 5 seconds of agreeing to another drink, the manager came by, apologized, and went out of their way to make everything right. I've never experienced that type of prompt customer service. Amazing! Again, I want to emphasize that I didn't even have to draw attention to the incorrect order! Will definitely be coming back to this location again :)
