  • This is my very first review and it's to tell you that This is the WORST airport I've ever experienced!!!! NEVER use them!!!! It's July in Phoenix (110) and they barely have the air on so everyone is sweating. They had our entire flight board and within minutes had the entire flight get off the plane with all or luggage. The woman at the check in stand came over the announcement and said, "our pilot had not shown up yet and she didn't know how long the delay would be." Then we got a text message alert saying our flight was delayed two hours. Then before we boarded again the woman came over the announcements to say that "she doesn't know details but our flight has been canceled and to make our way to the ticket counter." We then stood in a long line to be told they didn't know when our flight was to be rescheduled but it was going to be "sometime" tomorrow and we will get an email. We had hotel reservations in Santa Rosa that were not refundable and the airline said we could submit our reservations and "try" to get a refund! F*** this airline I will NEVER use them again.
