  • if i could give this place no stars i would. just ordered lunch for a large group of people at work. I only had cash to pay for this large order, called, and was told to finish the order online. after entering in 5+ orders, online only accepted card payments. drove all the way down there and proceeded to place my order. i had written down a list of everything i needed and handed it directly to the person preparing my order. assumed everything was in the bag, and left. when i opened the bag, there was no extra queso we had asked for ($2 extra might i add) or guacamole (also $2.05) none of our meals had sour cream, and we didn't get any extras of what we asked for on our food let alone the sides. forgot our order of chips and salsa and 2 drinks as well. what kind of business is this? and i wish someone from this franchise would beef up and respond to all of these negative reviews. like a lot of the reviews say, i LOVED chipotle, but i will never be eating at any locations ever again. working in the customer service field, i know how important it is to just do your freaking job!!!!!! worst chipotle ever.
