  • Very disappointed. I just moved to Scottsdale and brought my 2 dogs here to get groomed. One is a 9 year old frenchie and the other is a 10 year old chihuahua mix. From the start my chihuahua was very nervous and was snapping at the groomer when she tried to grab her. I asked for a muzzle and they brought out a muzzle big enough to fit a pit bull. I asked for a smaller one and put it on her. I could tell she was very stressed out and asked for them to call me immediately when they were done so that I could pick them both up right away. They said they could keep them as long as I wanted. I said again for them to call me right away. Fast forward 2 hours, I called them and asked if they were ready. They told me they were. So I got there 5 minutes later to pick them up. The lady at the front desk told me the total so I paid it and tipped the groomer $15 before even seeing my dogs. I waited 10 minutes wondering where my dogs were. I looked in all the kennels there in plain sight behind the desk and didn't see them anywhere. The front desk lady walked to the back looking for the girl that groomed my dogs wondering what was taking so long. Finally the groomer (her name was Drew) brought out my dogs. My frenchie was on a leash and she was holding my chihuahua who looked traumatized. She hands her to me and she starts flailing. I have never in my life seen her this scared. I held her close against me and Drew says she just cut her ear and it was bleeding. I look at her ear and it's covered in blood. But I see no cut anywhere. I look down at one of her nails and it's missing and dripping blood. Her left eye is completely blood shot. You can't see any white whatsoever. The lady behind the desk said that she trimmed her nails and that it must've happened by her trying to remove the muzzle. I looked around and didn't see any nail on the ground, only drops of blood. The groomer walked away - never saw her again. The lady at the desk gave me peroxide to clean it. She was the only one that seemed concerned. My theory is that the groomer got irritated with my chihuahua and mistreated her. Why else was she in the back room with my dogs hidden for so long?? I brought my dogs home and my chihuahua wouldn't let anyone near her for the rest of the day. Fast forward to today and she's still shaking. Her eye is so blood shot and profusely watering. I expected my dogs to be treated like family and $100 later I leave with one dog petrified and injured. Add more to that $100 because now a vet visit is in order. Moving forward I'll be bringing them elsewhere. So disappointed
