Unfortunately I would give less than one star if possible. My son and I come here often. We went to the ice cream and wine area. I ordered a wine and my son an ice cream cone. The guy (Rolin)who took our order charged me and then left with no explanation. Another employee (A. Lopez) came up and helped the only two guys in line next to us. We waited quite a few minutes. A female employee came up and asked to help. I explained I paid and ordered and he left. I said hopefully he is coming back. She left. A. Lopez looked at me and said nothing. I told him we ordered ice cream hoping he would make it so we could make our movie. He made it and the cone was broken in three places. He gave us a tiny cup it did not fit in. I asked for the paper cup that the large ice cream would go in and he said he would need to charge me for it. Really, he broke the ice cream cone to pieces, I guess I should have just said take it back and make a new one. I would say a cup would be the logical thing to do. Rolin finally came back with the bottle of wine. Gave me the glass and did apologize for leaving. I said it would be great to know that before you go. This was such horrible customer service we will not be coming here before every movie anymore. After I said this he offered me another glass of wine. That I did not take. I wanted the cup so my son didn't have to struggle eating this mangeled thing.
