Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Each course was like a mini ritual, from watching them curl little individual trays of echire butter from a large tower to picking out our selections of bread, watching the tableside cold seared salmon to the the opening of our clay cured pineapple with a mini mallet. Aside from beautiful presentation, the flavours very well balanced. Funny enough, the my least favourite dish is what was supposed to be their best known dish - the truffle soup.
Many places with fixed menus do not allow substitutions, yet I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that they did. We had one in our group that did not like seafood, and they graciously accommodated his needs.
Well worth a visit.
