  • Extremely unprofessional, bought a groupon as gift. We then called to schedule a rental for Saturday and they said we needed to wait 48 hours to pre book, which was fine. So we call today, which was 48 hours in advance and spoke with Vic and he stated they were all booked up for Saturday. So I ask him, are you saying everyone booked them up this morning? He said no, his priority is people that will rent for 3 days not for a groupon. So I asked him, why he wouldn't state that on his groupon and he said "it is on there and?" First off, it's not " on there " and to finish a sentence saying " and? " is so unprofessional and condescending. So basically if you have a groupon good luck booking because you are the least of Vic's priority :)
