  • Stayed there on a business trip for three nights, on two different occasions. The only thing I did not like about my W hotel stay is parking garage that they share with the other hotel is very limited in circulation to get the spaces. I love the entrance to both sides of the hotel. The other thing I did not like was my room was not ready on my first check in they said they were going to contact me no one ever did. On this particular stay the operations manager I believe her name is Monique, came out and apologized and was very helpful in printing some business documents that I needed for presentation and she did not charge me I was very pleased. I love this hotel is non-smoking, I also enjoy the quiet W living room lounge although the rock 'n' roll music never needs to be played again!, that is not what's played another W properties. Like other W properties the signature sense are evident throughout the hotel I stayed in two different styles rooms outstanding Decore superduper clean excellent housekeeping staff The amenities in the room were fantastic I love the bright colored themes of the rooms this is one of the best W hotel rooms at these properties that I've ever stayed in. I wish they had a few more outlets to plug in devices near the working area. Wi-Fi is very robust and the fitness center is very good. The pool area was not very crowded which is relaxing and there is soothing music up there as well. I'll be visiting Las Vegas again soon for a college football game and will be staying at this property looking forward to my next visit
