  • I love Volvo probably more than anyone you will ever meet - which is why it is killing me to write this review. I have had my car serviced at Volvo since I bought it and I always took their word for everything simply because they're Volvo. However, I took my car in recently and they told me my master cylinder is leaking which means I'll need a new brake booster (all in all a $2000-$3000 job). I really don't have the extra money laying around so got a second opinion and it turns out the master cylinder was replaced 2 years ago when I bought the car and is good as new. However, just to make sure I got a third opinion and they said the same thing - that my master cylinder is in perfect condition. I'm seriously so flustered that Volvo would have told me that it needed to be replaced when it was just replaced and is not leaking at all. Long story short - for those of you having your cars serviced here - make sure to have things double checked before you pay an insane amount of money for something you don't need.
