| - Based on my experience over the last 8 months, I don't understand the negative reviews of Arcadia Villa. This is classic 70s style Phoenix Courtyard (s) Apartment Complex. While it has not been fully updated or renovated, the grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are solid, clean,(no pests) spacious and super quite (peaceful). The construction between the 2 floors is concrete so you hardly ever here the people above you. I also don't here the those next to me.
You have the basic random issues that you might have at any other apartment (i.e. leaf blowers, small things need fixing, occasional noise outside, etc). The leasing office and maintenance staff are friendly, prompt, and professional.
The Arcadia neighborhood is the safest in Phoenix and very livable. This location easy access to stores, restaurants (Henry, La grande Orange, North, Delux, The Grind, etc), the airport, downtown Scottsdale, the Biltmore, Central Phoenix, Phoenix Mountain Park, Camelback and the Canal. I've lived riding a bike as primary transportation.
I've rented apartments on and off for 20 years and fully recommend this apartment and complex. .
