  • Service has changed since the new owner took over two years ago, hence why I'm writing a review and looking for a new salon. -The back hall way and the sink used to wash hands has a funny smell. -Don't see the nail techs taking out and using freshly sterilized utensils. -The prior owners use to offered a beverage when I arrived and that has stopped with the new owner. It's all about getting the job done, no finesse. -They have a range of cost for types of ways they can mend a broken nail.... ridiculous! -It'a a hit or miss with the nails. Sometimes you get a nail tech who does a great job and other times it's not so good. The old owner, think her name is Anna gave you a great experience and she was very interested in repeat customer. Courteous, friendly, engaging.... You cannot tell who the new owner is. She sits doing nails and overseas looking and instructing her staff. She's more about the money than engaging customers and making sure they are satisfied. She's more like a manager than an owner.
