  • clean facility but horrible customer service. The guy at the front desk a large black gentleman looks like he has not cracked smile since the civil war. He is sarcastic and condescending he should not be in customer service. I made an online reservation for the flowing day and he did not want to honor the discount the reservation came with (1st month free) he said first come first serve basis. This is not what their add said not their reservation. what a con... consumers beware
