rev:text	I bought a Groupon for Yanox for laser hair removal. Five of my six sessions were great, both of the Marina's who work at this location are amazing, friendly, and explain the full process. I had a great experience here up until my last session. I can't imagine how there are so many positive reviews about Oksana on here. I had her for my last appointment at Yanox and she left a very bad taste in my mouth and blistering on my treatment area. She was aggressive, impatient, and did my full treatment in less than ten minutes (typically would take 20-30 min). I have a high pain tolerance and did not have any issues with pain on my previous sessions with other staff members, who had the laser on the highest setting. Oksana would run the laser over the same spot continuously for way too long, causing me to literally yell out in pain. She would then lift the laser up, roll her eyes, and then quickly try to put it back in the SAME SPOT that she had just burned! My skin blistered and burned as a result. I do recommend this place to an extent, but would say that you should avoid Oksana if possible. Let her run the business and let the technicians do their work. Also, know that you are buying a 6 session package, not one year unlimited. And know that six sessions is not enough to fully remove the hair. I am pale with dark, coarse hair (both ideal for laser treatment), and it has fully grown back since I didn't purchase another package from them. It was nice while it lasted though.
