Came in to get finger prints done. Michael was very rude, made me feel quite uncomfortable. Would have left and went else where but I was curious to see if his customer service would get better, I was wrong and left there feeling a bit disturbed about some of the comments he had made while I was there. Service took long and prices are high. I left that place as one unhappy customer. Being in the business/customer service industry I am appalled with the service I received today, especially the fact that he owns the business...shocking and unacceptable.
