S L O W E S T Cashiers ever. Excruciating at times. Where do they find these people? Most of them are over 55 who can barely function efficiently. Do not care at all that there is a long line-up.
This is one store where head office must not care about service and customer satisfaction metrics.
Their electronic payment system is the slowest as well.
Prices actually aren't as bad as you would expect. Selection limited due to size.
Update:
I just thought I'd also add this. Replace these cashiers and staff with ones from a discount brand, like NoFrills or Food Basics. It would be MUCH FASTER as I find those cashiers hustle and are quick (I worked several years as a grocery clerk so I know when I see a sloppy operation).
