  • Physician Assistant Jason Arnett was a delight. Funny, energetic, and an absolute people person. Although being in the medical field let me tell you it doesn't matter how fantastic a doctor is if he has a a crappy staff. First off we walk in and there's two windows on says check in and one says check out. Logically we go to check in where a woman texting on her phone waves us over to the other window and just goes "yeah she'll help over there in a minute" and continued texting. Wait time wasn't long at all and when we saw the PA like I said he was great now once again we sit in waiting room finishing up paperwork for the MAA's.... well while waiting these two ladies are talking about a date that one of them went on walking back and forth on their phone when one goes "look at what he sent me, what should I say back? Oh I know I'll say naughty" and the other one starts talking about the other one saying "who's daddy" very raunchy for front office talk if you ask me and very unprofessional. Unfortunately the front office staff ruined this visit. And we will most likely go somewhere else.
