  • Yep, I am in agreement with the majority reviewers here.... I contacted Dukes to have my a.c. tuned up and they called right back and sceduled Kalem for the next day. He came early ! Checked it thoroughly and did not try to hard-sell me parts I do not need and maintenance plans like most HVAC techs do. How refreshing! So when there is a repair issue I will call dukes.
