  • Shady Business!!! I paid for a full year up front. They sent me a new bill after the year was over, but I called to cancel. Almost 6 months later I get a call from a collection agency I owe $105 for you guessed it. I call Truly Nolan to ask why. I'm told I owe for a quarter. I tell them I cancelled my service and had paid for a full year up front. Buyer Beware this is shady. I had already paid for a year but they charged me a new quarter and to top it off no one sprayed for this new quarter either. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING COMPANY!!!
