  • My wife came in with a FedEx flat rate package. The employee said they had to charge her more. Ended up getting shipped via USPS for almost double the flat rate. I found out about it from an angry eBay customer whose package is still not there. Package may take 2 or more weeks. I called the manager and his explanation was "good employees are hard to find". Never going back.
