Came on a whim because we were craving some fish & chips and happened to walk by it on our way to a different eatery. Never been here before for food, just a couple of times for drinks (but many years ago). Our food was really good (the shepherd's pie and the fish & chips), although a bit pricey for my liking.
One suggestion: they should remove the carpeting. It smelled really musty, like years of old beer and socks. A bar shouldn't have carpeting.
