  • Loved the hotel! Great customer sevice and everyone was extremely courteous! Went for the spa as a bday gift. The massage was ruined excellent. Would strongly recommend to all needing stress relief. Unfortunately the manicure/pedicure was awful. The nail technician was extremely sweet & attempted to resolve my concerns. However her skills and the old polish were the issues. The polish was clumpy and her technique was messy. For the price of the man/ped I expected high quality service. The director was kind enough to not charge me for the nail service. Had to go to my regular nail shop once I for polish change.
