I had a terrible experience when I was recently there to seek help to fix my trunk that won't open. They said they have the parts to fix it, but once they have a look, the minimum is $60. I said fine. One hour later, they asked me if I wanted to go ahead for $130 to see the problems, I said fine. Another one hour later, they told me that the final cost would be $400 to let the workers in to open the trunk from inside. I had to ship the car the following day so I had no choice but to agree. Another one hour later, the car was returned to me but the trunk was still not able to be opened using a key. Their explanation was both the latch and the lock was broken but they ONLY had the latch, so the lock was still not working. What! Wasn't it you that said you got THE PARTS to fix! They said since I can open the trunk anyway, the problem should be called fixed, why must you use a key! How nice! What a wonderful excuse! What a wonderful experience!
