  • I have never had a problem until today with Western. They have saved me several times but this time I was driving along and one of their trucks, had/has rocks and dirt type of debris on the flat bed, threw a rock and broke my windshield! When say broke... I mean a huge crack! Not just a little crack, one that if I got pulled over it would get me a citation!! I don't know what their policy is but I would think if they dropped a load and then their bed was dirty they would at least sweep it off to avoid throwing it at passing vehicles. Don't try to call, they may answer but will pass you to dispatch then on to whomever they can so they don't have to deal with the issue.
