I have very mixed feelings about this dealership. The motorclothes girls are amazing. They are always very personable and willing to help. My issue is with the parts department. I have had many jobs working with clients as well as my own business. When you are competing against online retailers with lower prices you need to differentiate yourself from your competition. Generally speaking 80% of a businesses revenue comes from 20% of your customers. My boyfriend Spends quite a bit of money at this dealership and when Paul was still working here he was always willing to discount a bit extra what any average joe would be able to get on pricing. I know this was appreciated by my boyfriend because he felt like his business was valued. Unfortunately when Paul left the department went downhill quite a bit. Not only was the department not willing to help but they had an attitude about it and on one occasion walked away mid conversation. We always try to support local but at this point we will be like everyone else and either go online or find a business that values their best customers.
