This place has plenty to complain about. To start off I'm writing this review 1am because once again woken up by upstares neighbors. I live on first floor and the second floor supports must be paper thin. How thin? Well I can hear their phone go off when on vibrate. Their dog running around makes it sound like they are bowling up there. Speaking uf dogs, place is not made for dogs really at all. The chaged in area is the part in between parking spots. Sure its nice to have a security guard drive around at night, but this has a flaw as well. His breaks are incredibly loud. He creeps around at night and if outside you can tell exactly where he is. Loud enough that it's really annoying in the middle of the night. Place is over priced for quality. The glass light fixture fell off the ceiling in the middle of the night. How does that even happen? Really annoying because it went everywhere and after cleaning several times, still finding small shards to step on. Smoke alarms are hair trigger. Nothing sounds better than the sound of alarms while simply cooking breakfast in the morning. The microwave vent does nothing to prevent this. The oven's handle has also broken off. Not being rough, just opening the door. When moving in asked if pool was heated and if going to be open 24 hours. Was told yes to both but that was a lie. Our ac likes to make random loud noises that doesn't sound good at all. That great with summertime coming around, hope it holds out. The second bedroom didn't come with a light, kind of annoying since it has a switch of it and im paying so much here. Had notices for fire inspection on a certain day so I took off work since I work nightshift and didn't want to hear fire alarms all day. After the day was over got a notice that it was moved to another day, yeah thats annoying. Doors in bedroom stick when closed. Was stuck so bad one day that it took a good amount of force just to open door. There is several more things to complain about, but people should get the point by now. If looking to rent weigh your options. Renting a house is about the same cost.
