  • I gave them 1 star because they were professional + 1 star because they got my vehicle done on time. But that's were it ends. I took my car in because one of my rear drums was leaking. I purchased the parts for it and realized later that I didn't have the correct tools for it. So I took into doctor auto on ann road to have it fixed. They said I should get both sides done and charged me 800 dollars for it. I assumed they were going to order parts for the other side and replace both sides so it wouldn't start leaking also. A year later, my other rear drum starts leaking. It turns out they only fixed the one side with my supplied parts and changed the pads on both sides. So I paid $800 for about $80 to maybe $100 in parts. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will get a second opinion next time.
