  • Sold me a vehicle that they said was completely inspected and looked over with no issues. Vehicle had low brake fluid, low power steering fluid, low coolant, a broken center HUD(cannot toggle through or see, gas mileage, outside temp, miles till empty, trip miles or any other feature its suppose to display), broken passenger door handle(latch is missing bottom pin), broken ignition(beeps signaling keys are in the ignition if not jammed up properly and will still slide down and continue beeping), bad nuetral positioning sensor(has to be started in nuetral a couple times a week), bad door jam sensor(says a door is open at all times), bad door lock on driver door(does not lock when using the power lock button unless pushed several times) bad door seal on driver door(can hear air coming through between the door and the frame when driving roads or freeway), bad door interior lights(none light up when doors are opened), bad interior overhead light(does not always turn on unless truck is turned on and back off), bad fuel guage(does not display correct fuel level, full or empty) power steering leak, blew a spark plug out and broke the ignition coil, all tires developed sidewall cracks because they were old( looked up the DOT manufacture dates and 2 tires were from 2007, and 2 tires were from 2008), 5 out of 8 speakers dont work( front driver and back passenger work but out of the 3 they all cut in and out) no radio reception( at all), broken cd player( disc read error everytime), no key for the tailgate(key for gate is different than the doors, so I cannot lock the tailgate, truck bed was full of cement(appeared to be dirt but was cemented to the bed), crack on the inside of the front windshield(passenger side). I've owned my vehicle for less than 2 months and already spent almost a thousand dollars on work and repairs. When I asked if they would be willing to work with me or fix any of this, all they offered me was a discount on labor. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, please go anywhere but here. If you have children, family or anyone that relies on you to provide transportation for them, please do not buy a vehicle here. These vehicles will leave you stranded and broke.
