  • Do not sign up with ADT. They contract out their installation service and knowingly allow their contractors to cheat and con customers. BEWARE to NOT sign up with ADT and its contractor, Defender Security dba Protect Your Home. ADT has no recourse. PYH is a crooked company and force prematurely to sign contract before system review and tedting. My tech, Steve, and tech supervisor Raul will not complete job and respond. Review ALL online reviews. All very true. AVOID at all cost to save on being swindled. Why is ADT still doing business with PYH and Defenders Security? I think it is disgraceful that ADT chooses money over good business ethics. Shameful. US AG and Arizona AG need to do some serious investigations into this company. Absolutely horrendous and disgusting business practice. Reply to ADT: Regardless whether Defenders Security Dba PYH is your only or one of many authorized dealers. ADT authorized their use of your brand and to gain consumer trust using your brand. ADT's knowledge and continuous renewal of your authorized partnership is a blatant disregard of customers who relied on ADT name and quite frankly a Co conspirator of the endorsement of the crooked business practice. Needless to say, in my book ADT no longer has my trust. It's a tarnished and dying brand in my book. I would recommend consumers to look into VIVINT. Yelpers....do yourself a favor. Search ADT Defenders security online and stay away from these collaborating crooked companies. Save yourself time and money.
