  • I would never stay here again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Front desk was incompetent. They made a mischarged my credit card. I called in and spoke with Yammi in the Accounting Dept and she was the most incompetent person there. She said she'll look into it and call back and never did. Had to open a credit card dispute. This hotel is the worst.
