I needed to buy a gas dryer because mine died. Unfortunately, gas dryers are expensive (more-so than electric ones) and I ended up at Best Buy since I have a credit line with them. Upon entering the home appliance area of Best Buy, I was greeted by a young punk. This is probably the best way to describe him without being rude. He asked a few questions but it was the way he was asking that made me feel like he was being a total smart ass. I told him that I was there to buy a gas dryer and he says, "Well, we don't have any of those. These are all electric." So I said, "You only sell electric dryers?" He said "No. We sell gas but the only ones on display are electric. Just assume that the gas version is about $90 more." So I said thank you and he walked away. I never saw him again after that. Luckily, someone else came over, a female, who was much, much nicer. She helped me figure out the price of each dryer if it were gas and wrote up my order. She also explained the warranty information very thoroughly and let me choose my own deliver date. She explained that the delivery would be a third-party company and not to expect a Best Buy truck. I was so thankful that she was there to help me out. She was young too but she definitely knew what she was doing. Later that week, the delivery showed up and they were awesome. They took my old dryer away and delivered and hooked up the new dryer and even put my door back on the hinges for me (had to take it off to get the dryer through the door). They were in and out in 15 minutes. Awesome guys!
