  • I had to take my daughter in because she had a cavity in a baby tooth that had gotten pretty deep. From the first phone call, the staff was accommodating and very friendly. I got an appointment the next day at a convenient time, which was a good start! They made the paperwork and payments very easy to understand and were just so helpful about everything. Because we were new, we got a brief tour of the facility before being seated in the dentist's chair. The office is beautiful, clean, and most importantly, doesn't have the "smell" of a dentist's office. It is also very convenient to get to. Their tools are technologically up-to-date and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. As it turns out, the tooth had to be pulled, so Dr. Cooper spent extra time with my young daughter because she was really freaked out about it (I was kind of freaked out too). He explained exactly what he was going to do and was very soothing to her. The whole process was timely and just an overall great experience. I would highly recommend this practice. Side note: after having to have a tooth pulled, my daughter is committed to spending a little more quality time with her dental hygiene (much encouraged by Dr. Cooper!).
