  • We took our car in for an A/C issue. After attempting to fix it, as soon as we left the car started to blow hot air again. Israel did not hesitate to have us come back to the shop and try and get us set up with a rental car(on them). After two full days at their shop the issue ended up being electrical and surpassed their specialties. Even though this situation would normally be a poor experience, Israel did everything he could do to make it right. We are seriously blown away by their customer care and will only be bringing our vehicles to them in the future.
