  • Do I believe this review will correct the terrible service they provide? No, however if I can make one person think twice about going here then my review served its purpose. I dropped off my 2 dogs at approximately 9:40am. When I asked when they would be ready I was told by a rude heavy set woman (sorry didn't get her name and I'm being polite with my description of her) that I could expect them around 2p. I was ok with that so left my two 17lb Terriers to be groomed. Mind you they needed very very basic grooming. Just a shave around the body and trimming around the face, nothing fancy, their hair doesn't mat and they are extremely well behaved with everyone to a fault at that. At 3:30p I called as I had not heard from them and was told very rudely by the heavy set woman that could barely hear me (maybe she shouldn't be blasting the music) that they hadn't even started yet. I hung up the phone and decided to head out as soon as I was done with what I was working on whether they were finished or not. While I was stuck in rush hour traffic I get a call telling me that I should get over there because they should be done with the last one soon, this was 4:40p or 20 min before they closed. When I arrived I of course ran once again into this woman who was now all dolled up but as if she was going to a halloween party but I digress to each their own. The final time was 5pm because "they had a very busy day." which is understandable except. My wife used to bring our dogs here on numerous occasions and would literally have the same issues EVERY SINGLE TIME and would be met with the SAME EXACT RESPONSE/EXCUSE. That said she would still leave a generous tip and return because it's a place she knew and figured it is what it is. However, this was my first time personally handling this and unlike my wife I lack the patience for incompetent employees and especially incompetent proprietors. Personally I think 5 hours to groom 2 dogs with very simple needs is ridiculous but over 7 hours? That's just amateurish. As far as the grooming well, in all honestly it was mediocre at best. Perhaps if these employees spent a little less time smoking (personally witnessed) and not getting ready during work for whatever for that nights party was then maybe possibly someday they might be able to call themselves professionals and useful members of society and call this location a business. If you value your time, want to be treated with respect and care about how your pet looks don't waste your time here and do yourself a favor and search "dog grooming" in yelp where you'll find a over 50+ groomers who will treat you and your pet better. How these people get through in life is beyond me.
