  • I've been going to this location for awhile now without any issues, until today. I came in for a routine oil change, and went through declining the usual upsell services. Then the guy helping me (didn't get his name) tells me he needs to show me my air filter. So the air filter looks all busted up (dented, extremely dirty), and he tries to get me to have a new one installed, to which I also declined. I paid for my oil change and left. After I left, my boyfriend checked my air filter (he was there when I had my oil changed), and its not even the same air filter the guy showed me. So he showed me some busted air filter to try to get me to buy a new one. I find that very unethical, and I will not be bringing my car or recommending anyone to Jiffy Lube anymore.
