  • I wish I had read the Yelp reviews prior to our recent purchase of a new water fountain at Green Goddes. They do have a wonderful selection of large vessels or pots. As some of the yelpers said, they do have a lousy attitude and service relationship with some customers....We were one of the customers who experienced poor service. We purchased a new large vessel to replace our 14 yr old one that had seen better days, but served us well. We selected one and secured a date for the install. They arrived timely, removed and installed the new one quickly. They next day we noticed that there was water all around the exterior of the in ground float and the float was overflowing and the fountain was no longer working. I called Green Goddes. They suggested I unplug it. They replaced the pump 2 weeks later and never checked anything else. We were away for 5 days. Upon returning, we noticed the fountain was no longer working again. We know nothing about fountains or plumbing so we didn't touch it or harm it. Called Green Goddes and spoke with Aaron, who has been mentioned in other reviews. was less than sympathetic and said they couldn't warrantee it anymore! Bare iin mind, We had it all of two weeks. If there was an issue, neither crews checked anything except that the fountain went on and trickled. Green Goddes refused to stand behind a fountain they installed and replalced the motor twice in two weeks! We called Fountain Fixer and he came out and put a new pump in, adjusted the float and now it's working perfectly. We would never recommend or use this Nursery in the future. Customer service and civility is low on their priority list.
