  • I have exactly the same experience with a few others commented below. My wife received a b-day gift and was too big for her. They told on the phone saying OK for the exchange, but refused once we get the store. Their excuse is funny, they told us to wait for 10 to 12 weeks for the exchange if we agree. We were planning to buy a few other items too but after this, we feel we wont spend any penny in this store. The staffs are cheap and hard to communicate, I definitely advise to avoid this store. They do not have any customer service, neither do they care their reputations. This is the worst shopping experience.
