  • Worst shoppers I've ever been to upon walking in the line was at least 25 people for 4 cashiers. The line kept piling up its too crazy here. The employees know it too and gave me grungy customer service. When I asked for a price check on some items that were wrong on the barcode they told me to go line up in cash I was like they will call someone on the floor to find the correct price which I'm saving the trip. The customer service runs very poorly when you want to return something that is clearly on the receipt within 30 days bought at their store and was refused because the store has its own policy of 14 days whereas the receipt says 30 days a follow up call to head office will be made after the holidays on this ..... Also you can't buy gift cards over $50 using a credit card as payment was ridiculous to me !!!? This shoppers has so many rules while the others do not I will not come back again here .... Lousy customer service they are lucky they are dealing with a large Asian clientele where we usually just pass it off....
