  • Can't even give them a star this time. Very disappointed. I came back a second time, because my first experience was good. However I had an appointment at 12 noon for an express Facial. I Was 10 min early. They said they were behind....Then one staff asked me to reschedule by this time it was (1230) already. I said no I would like to be seen today. April (owner) Called the girl in while doing someone else's service to talk to her... they said they would get me in in the next 10 minutes. By 1255 I asked another worker what was going on as others who came in after me were being seen. Both younger workers asked me to come back later in the day. I said I have already been here and hour, Was told it be 10 minutes as I waited patiently... both said they were backed up. It's frustrating, and it's unprofessional to schedule more than one appointment at the same time with only one person providing services! terrible service this time around!
